Honourable Senators, I rise today with a heavy heart to pay tribute to our dearly departed colleague and friend, The Honourable Tobias C. Enverga Jr. And express my sincere condolences to the love of his life Rosemer who would be celebrating their 35th years of marriage in January of 2018; and their 3 princesses, Reeza, Rocel, and Rystle who were always in their father’s heart wherever he was, now in Heaven. Honourable Senators, I had the great honour and privilege of travelling with fellow parliamentarians Senator Ataullahjan, MP Ali Ehsassi, MP Jati Sidhu and led by our good captain Senator Thanh Hai Ngo on a fact-finding trip to Taiwan. DEAF BLIND AWARENESS MONTH STATEMENT
