NEW WESTMINSTER, BC – The Centre of Integration for African Immigrants (CIAI) is moving forward with plans to upgrade a multi-purpose activity centre thanks to the Recreational Infrastructure Canada (RInC) program, a major job-creating investment from Canada’s Economic Action Plan.
